(b) You acknowledge that dates specified for the arrival of pre-ordered item/s is not guaranteed and delays may occur.

(c) You acknowledge that one week notice prior to the release date if you wish to cancel your pre-ordered item/s.

(d) You agree that you have read & accepted the Shipping and Return Policy in relation to Pre-Orders prior to making full payment on a pre-ordered item/s.

7. Price Match Guarantee

(a) You agree that you have read & accepted the Price Match Guarantee Policy terms outlined when requesting a price match.

(b) You agree that upon approval of the price matchm you will receive the competitor's price, rounded down to the nearest cent.

​

(c) You agree that only one price match per item per customer is permitted.

​

(d) You agree that we reserve the right to modify our Price Match Guarantee Policy at any time without prior notice.

9. Playerz Only Loyalty Program

​

(a) You agree that the Playerz Only Loyalty Program is open to all customers aged 16 and older, and enrollment is free and requires a valid e-mail address.

(b) You agree that any attempt to manipulate or abuse the Playerz Only Loyalty Program may result in account termination and forfeiture of points. You also agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use your personal information.

(c) You agree that points earned through the Playerz Only Loyalty Program cannot be transferred to another person.
