Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Australian Delivery

​

We aim to deliver all orders within 5 to 10 business days across Australia. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number, allowing you to follow your package's journey.

​

Pre-ordered items will only be shipped on the release date specified on the item page.

​

New Zealand Delivery

​

For Orders to New Zealand, we aim to deliver all orders within 7 to 14 business days.  

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number, allowing you to follow your package's journey.

 

For The Playerz can not cover the cost of import fees and/or custom fees for any orders shipped internationally. The customer will be contacted cover the cost of any import fees and/or custom fees incurred.

Return & Exchange Policy

For The Playerz issues refunds and exchanges in accordance to the guidelines outlined by Australian Consumer Law. 

​

For The Playerz captures images of each item prior to shipment. Any endeavor to return an item not purchased from For The Playerz will be promptly reported to the relevant authorities as fraudulent activity.

​

When returning an item for a refund, the customer is repsonible for covering the shipping costs when returning the item to us.

​

Returning because you changed your mind

​

If you have changed your mind you can return your item expect for desktop PCs & laptops, gaming consoles, pre-ordered items and preowned items as long as it is unopened, is still in the condition it was given to you at the time of the purchase and returned within 5 days of delivery. Once the time has been received, it will be inspected to make sure the condition of the item has not changed and a refund will be issued.

We can not accept returns for headsets and/or earphones due to health reasons if the package has been opened.

Pre-Orders

​

Pre-ordered items cannot be cancelled and/or refunded once placed.

​

We recommend that extra caution be taken when placing a pre-order as we will not issue refunds for unexpected delays, change of mind or cancellations.

​

Preowned 

​

Preowned items cannot be refunded if you change your mind. 

 

Should your preowned item stops working within 30 days of purchase, we will conduct a thorough inspection. If determined to be faulty, a full refund will be promplty issued. 

​

If there is evidence that screws have been removed in an attempt to open a console and/or game up, we will not issue a refund.

​

I received the wrong item

​

If the item is unopened and not damaged we will be happy to replace the item or provide a full refund once the item has been returned.

​

Damaged or faulty item returns

​

If you item has arrived to you damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately. We will conduct a thorough inspection. Once we have confirmed the damage or fault, it will be repaired or replaced.

 

If your item stops working within 30 days of purchase, we will assist you however we can where possible to get the item repaired or replaced.

​

If we cannot assist you with getting the item repaired or replaced, we will issue a full refund.

​

We are committed to protecting your rights under Australian Consumer Law, and working with our suppliers to assist you with warranty claims.
