Price Match Guarantee

At For The Playerz, we are committed to offering our customers the best prices on all our products. If you find a lower price on an indentical item from a competitor, we will match that price!

1. Conditions For Price Matching

(a) Identical item

 

The item must be exactly the same (brand, model, specifications) and available for immediate purchase.

(b) Competitor pricing

 

The price match guarantee applies only to pricing from an Australian competitor, not including marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Facebook Marketplace, etc.). Items on clearance or sale do not qualify for the price match.

 

(c) In Stock

 

The item must be in stock and available for sale by the competitor at the time the price match is requested. We also offer price matching for pre-orders.

(d) Price match timing

​

Price match requests can be made before the purchase. Adjustments will not be made after the transaction is completed. The competitor's price must be valid on the same day the price match guarantee is requested.

(e) Exlusions

​

The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to items on clearance, items on sale, or pricing errors.

(f) Limitations

 

Only one price match per item per customer is permitted. The price match guarantee applies only to identical items from eligible Australian competitors. Price match requests are subject to verification and approval by the team at For The Playerz.

2. How To Claim

​(a) Find a lower price

 

Look for a lower price on an identical item from a competitor within Australia. Price must be in Australian dollars only.

 

(b) Contact Us

 

Get in touch with our customer service team via phone, e-mail or our live website chat.

(c) Provide Proof

 

Share the competitor's pricing, including a link or a photo of the advertisement showing the lower price of the item you want.
