Pre-Orders

1. Do I have to pay the full amount to pre-order an item?

​

As stated in our terms & conditions we require full payment to secure your pre-ordered item/s as stocks are limited.


2. Can I cancel my pre-order?

​

As stated in our terms & conditions If you wish to cancel your pre-ordered item/s we require one week notice prior to the release date as the item/s were specifically ordered and held for you.

3. Why is my pre-order late?

​

This is usually due to the supplier having a shortage of the pre-ordered item/s and we have to wait until they get it in stock.

4. Why did my pre-ordered item get cancelled?

​

This is because the supplier has ran out of the item/s. Full refunds are sent out immedaiately.

​

5. Can I receive my item before the release date?

​

Unfournately no you cannot. All pre-ordered items have a strict release date.

1. Do you delivery overseas?

As stated in our shipping & returns policy we deliver to New Zealand only.

2. Can I come pick up my item instead?

​

Yes you can pick up your item. At the checkout select click & collect which will the state click & collect instructions.

Price Match Guarantee

1. What is the price match guarantee?

​

Our Price Match Guarantee ensures that you get the best price on identical products. If you find a lower price from a competitor, we will match it!

2. What qualifies as an identical product?

​

An identical product is one that matches in brand, model, and specifications. It must be the same item.

 

3. Where can I find the competitor's price?

​

The lower price must be from a competitor's phyical store or website. It should be current and clearly advertised.

​

4. How do I request a price match?

​

To request a price match, contact our customer service team by phone, e-mail and live chat. Please provide proof of the lower price, such as a link to the competitor's website or a screenshot of their advertisement.​
